Bowel Cancer UK supports and funds targeted research, provides expert information and support to patients and their families, educates the public and professionals about the disease and campaigns for early diagnosis and access to best treatment and care.

I have decided to support and raise money for them by entering the London Marathon, something I have always dreamed of doing.

Bowel Cancer UK is a charity very close to my heart because I lost my Mum and Sister to Bowel Cancer and have had surgery myself to reduce the risk of me developing the disease.

I have also been inspired by my daughter Emma who ran the London Marathon herself in 2023.

I have started training; Bowel Cancer is a dreadful disease which affects many people, and I should be very grateful for any donation to this worthy cause
