**THIRD TIME LUCKY - NOW SUNDAY 26th OCTOBER AT 10:00**

Rob and I are jumping out of a plane (AGAIN) TEN THOUSAND FEET HIGH, skydiving on Saturday 16th August for an unbelievable cause, Heel & Toe who, 12 months on from our last skydive, have help an amazing amount of children like my son Freddie who has left-sided hemiplegia which is a mild case of cerebral palsy.

For those who are new to Heel & Toe, they are a children's charity in the North East of England who support children with cerebral palsy and other physical disabilities. They run 2-sites in County Durham supporting over 100 children every week, with physio, hydrotherapy and fun based physical activities to help them develop.
