This November I’ll be sailing across the Roaring Forties – from Cape Town to Fremantle – in the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race.

For me, this is more than an ocean challenge. It’s a chance to give something back, to do good while doing what I love.

I’m sailing with Team Punta del Este, supporting UNICEF, who work for children’s safety, education and health in over 190 countries.

Every team has a fundraising goal, and every contribution – small or large – helps us get there.

Because at sea and in life, it’s simple: one for all, and all for one.
