Just before Christmas, two sisters, Dawn amd Helen whom I have been friends with for over 35 years were both diagnosed with cancer.

One stage 3 and the other with Stage 1, both are already receiving treatment.

I have decided to attempt the 496km challenge, which involves running 1km on the 1st Jan, 2km on the 2nd of Jan, and so on until 31km on the 31st Jan. In total a minimum of 496km in order to raise funds for gheir chosen charity.

I know times are tough, but anything you can give will be gratefully received.
