Hi everyone. I will be embarking on my third cycling challenge to raise much needed funds for Velindre Hospital. To date I have raised over £15k for the charity. My previous challenges included cycling the:-

300 miles Three Canyons in Utah (2022) and;

350 miles in Florida (in 2024).

My next challenge is to cycle 175 between Seville and Marbella in May. that involves 6700 ft of climbing.!!!
