Thankfully I have never been directly touched by suicide, but have been close enough to understand the devastation this wrecks on those who have.

PIPS Suicide Prevention do a very valuable job in counselling those in despair and to families trying to cope with loss and with family members going through difficult times. As a local Northern Ireland charity, the money raised will have a direct effect within our community and will help continue providing mental health counselling services for the increasing number of people in need.

I'd like to use this personal challenge of my own to raise awareness of PIPS Suicide Prevention and encourage others to donate to this worthwhile cause
