ThinkForward exists to prevent the next generation of youth unemployment. Our three long-term, personalised coaching programmes work with young people at a key stage in their

lives, enabling them to gain the confidence, independence, and skills they need to make

a successful transition from school into employment. One-to-one coaching and exposure to workplaces encourage young people to develop their career goals and work readiness skills. To date, 80% of ThinkForward graduates are in education or employment at the age of eighteen.
