Having never fundraised for a large charitable cause before, I now feel compelled to do so as my family, like so many others, have been unfortunately affected by Alzheimer's. Therefore, for this one-off event, I am looking to raise more than £100,000.00 for this extremely worthwhile charity.

Alzheimer’s is a disease that is on the increase and the assistance in funding research to attempt to try and find some sort of preventative action or medicine that can reduce the ever-growing number of people affected by this debilitating condition. My grandmother and mother have been diagnosed with this detrimental disease which is why the charity is so close to my heart.

Every 3 minutes dementia steals a happily ever after. Research is our only chance of changing the ending for people affected by dementia.
