I can't believe it but I guess I'm running the London Marathon 2025 for JRS UK. I'll be supporting refugees by raising funds for the work of JRS UK!

I've never managed to train for a marathon before, hopefully with the work of JRS to motivate me and your support, I'll manage.

All money will go directly towards supporting destitute refugees in the UK, through JRS and their work.

Concretely, it will go towards:

-- Hot meals at JRS' social drop-in.

-- Vital legal advice to help people resolve their asylum case and secure the right to remain in the UK.

-- Basic food and toiletries.

-- English classes to help people as they rebuild their lives in the UK.

People who have been forced to flee their homes and seek sanctuary in the UK are often faced with destitution and hostility. JRS UK accompanies, serves and advocates for the rights of refugees.
