I am taking on the Incredible Hike for Children's Hospice South West a guided 3-day walk totalling 60 miles on the South West Coast Path as well as the Ride For Precious Lives Cycling 215 miles over 3 days, through 3 counties and visiting 3 Hospices along the way from Cornwall to Bristol.
