Story
I'm embarking on a journey called "Rob's Long Walk Home" to raise funds and awareness for Mental Health Awareness Week in support of the charity Mind.
Mental health is a topic close to my heart, and I believe it's essential to highlight the importance of mindfulness and mental well-being, both in and out of the workplace. Too often, the pressures of daily life can take a toll on our mental health, and it's crucial to have resources and support systems in place.
By walking nearly 9 miles from my workplace at Fly High Media offices in Hooton to my home in Hoole, Chester, I aim to symbolise the journey many individuals face in managing their mental health.
The funds raised will go directly to Mind, a charity that provides invaluable support, information, and advice to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. From counseling services to community outreach programs, Mind is dedicated to ensuring that everyone gets the support they need, when they need it.
Your donation will not only support Mind's vital work but also contribute to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and promoting a culture of openness and understanding.
Together, let's take steps towards better mental health for all.
Thank you for your support.
