I’m running the Manchester Half Marathon to raise money for Little Nest Rescue, a small volunteer led rescue that works tirelessly to give abandoned and neglected animals a second chance.

Little Nest provides vital medical care, rehabilitation and loving foster homes for animals in need. Every donation helps cover essentials like vet bills, food and ongoing care.

Training for a half marathon will be a milestone in my fitness journey and will be a challenge, but it’s nothing compared to what many of these animals have already been through.
