I’m Robyn and I’m Rewriting 31.

On June 26th 2023, I was diagnosed with Primary Breast Cancer. Following a year of weekly chemo treatments, amazing doctors, not fun side effects, endless supplies of biscuits, weekly ice baths on my head and a 8 hour mastectomy and reconstruction, I’m now here on the other side to rewrite my year of being 31 for the better.

My goal; is to raise £31,000 to donate to Royal Marsden and Breast Cancer Now.

I know I'm not the only one to experience a life challenge similar to this, which takes a toll both your physical and mental health. So I am inviting others to come with me on my Rewriting 31 challenge.

Over the next few months, I will be taking on a series of challenges, to build up both my physical and mental strength. Given the scale of the treatment I have gone through, I am starting the first challenge with a ‘Get back on your feet’ 10k Run, as part of the Wimbledon Park Run, on behalf of Breast Cancer Now.
