LOOK UK are fab small charity who support loads of Robyn's students when they transition to university.

University is a hard slog for everyone but there are lots of extra barriers facing students with visual impairments and it's good to know they (and parents and carers) can get advice and support.

Also, if we're dragging our bodies up a big mountain it will help us to know that we can't bail just because it's hard 😂 And whilst it's fair to say that we've been friends for 28 years, most of our adventures do not involve 8 days in a tent in sub zero temperatures!

We're both excited and daunted by the challenge. Whilst we're both quite fit, we quite like breathing, so really have no idea what to expect when walking at altitude.

Our adventure is 7 days walking up and one day walking back down, we're going with a local Tanzanian operator to be as sustainable as possible and to support local communities. We are self funding our trip so any money you donate will go directly to Look UK and the work they do.
