Hi, I’m Rocco.

This June, me and my friends, Junior, Wilson, Freddie F, Jacko, Franco, Freddie S, Maxi, Charlie, Seb and Georgie are running 30 miles to raise money for two charities that mean a lot to me.

One of them is Forever Alder Hey, which was set up by my cousin and is working towards raising an amazing £50,000 for Alder Hey Hospital. She has already raised nearly £40,000, which inspired me to want to help too.

I’ve also chosen Hopes Help because of the incredible support they give to children affected by the Southport attack and their families.

When I told my friends I wanted to do this challenge, they all wanted to get involved too. They didn’t have to do it, but they chose to support me and help raise money for two brilliant causes.
