BAGRC has been empowering girls and queer youth in Oakland since 2008, promoting an environment that fosters self-confidence, creativity and teamwork. Through music lessons, workshops, group activities, and performances, rock campers acquire skills that help guide them throughout their lives :)

It is incredibly hard out here, but I believe the kids are alright because they have us to support them — people like me, you, and Bay Area Girls Rock Camp! <3
