Story
The Rodemades Foundation. A Night for Women, a Gift for Girls
The Rodemades Foundation was born from two things: a desire to create a space where community can gather, and a deep need to give back, an act of sadaqah in honour of our late father.
This International Women's Day, we're hosting a movie night and iftar open to all. A celebration of women and the lives we're able to live. Lives where something as fundamental as a period product is simply there. It sounds small. But without it, life becomes unmanageable. Education stops. Opportunity shrinks. Dignity is compromised.
Period poverty isn't distant. It's here in the UK, and it's across the World, and it's real.
That's why we're partnering with Freedom4Girls, a charity that turns donations into direct, lasting change. Here's what your money actually does:
🩸 £25 provides 3 reusable period packs for girls in need
📚 £70 funds 2 menstrual health education sessions for vulnerable communities
🚚 £130 covers fuel to deliver period products to those who need them most
🌍 £500 equips two full classrooms of girls in Kenya with period packs lasting up to 5 years
These aren't just products, they're passports. To school. To work. To health, education, and a future.
Every single ticket sale and donation goes directly to Freedom4Girls. Nothing else.
Come for the experience. Give for the girls.
With love, The Rodemades Foundation 🤍
