Hello everyone

As some of you know I lost my beloved brother at the end of last year so in Richards memory, I am taking part in a challenge, I will be cycling from London to Brussels around 300 miles in three days.

I am raising money for GroceryAid this charity supports so many people across the whole of the retail sector.
