On 21st September I'm taking part in Europe's biggest mountain bike charity event - the London to Brighton 2024 Off Road Bike Ride - to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.

It's a 61 mile ride across dirt and gravel tracks over the South Downs, including 1,300 metres of hill climbing, finally finishing in sunny (hopefully!) Brighton.

As some of you know, i have been regularly falling off my bike and getting muddy, cold & wet over the past 9 months whilst in training, so would very much appreciate your support in helping raise funds for this important charity.
