TEAM ARGAS is celebrating 10 years of taking part in the St Luke's Hospice Men's Day Out this year!

We are hugely grateful for all the support we have received over the last decade, you are all amazing, celebrity or otherwise :)

We take part as our way of remembering our 'absent friends & loved ones' and they will be on our minds as we do the 12k course again this year.
