Rohan's run for Diabetes UK

Cambridge Half Marathon 2025 · 9 March 2025 ·
At just seven years old, I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes—a condition that not only shaped my life but also affected my family. My parents endured countless sleepless nights, learning to care for me and ensuring I too learned how to manage my condition.
Now, at 21 years old, I’m running 21km to raise £2,100 — not just for myself, but to inspire others like me to get active and prove that diabetes doesn’t define us. It’s a challenge, but it’s also my way of showing that we can push boundaries and achieve more than we think possible. The run will be on March 9th 2025 as part of the Cambridge Half Marathon, with my entry supported by Trinity College.
I’m raising funds for Diabetes UK, an organisation that has been a lifeline for so many people with diabetes and their families. Your donation will go directly to Diabetes UK, helping them provide vital resources, support, and research for a better future.
