This April I am running the Paris marathon for the Irish Cancer Society.

My family lost someone very close to us last year to cancer. Mary was a wonderful and kind person. She sadly passed away in June after a long battle with cancer.

This year alone, an estimated 44,000 people received a cancer diagnosis in Ireland.
