Move It For Menopause - A Marathon in April

As most of you know I co-founded Menopause Together, NIs first menopause charity. We want to reach as many people as possible, offering FREE awareness raising sessions throughout NI, so I thought why not take up the challenge of walking 26 miles in the month of April while raising much needed funds for our new charity
