My twin sister, Deborah Memel, should have shared my 70th Birthday last month but sadly, she died of cancer nine years ago. Deborah was an Occupation Therapist working in the mental health sector for most of her working life. On a day that we are fortunate enough to be enjoying the open air and fine views and/or making music with friends, I felt that it would be fitting to invite you to donate to The Bridge Foundation (https://bridgefoundation.org.uk/about-us/); a charity that our Cathy is connected with which helps children in schools and their families with mental health issues.
