Lily had a wonderful experience at the SNAP siblings summer club and felt afterwards that she wanted to do some fundraising for a charity that is important to our family. She is going to walk from Thorndon country park North to South with her dad and dog on the 25th of September and would be so grateful for any sponsorship/support.

For those that don't know, SNAP is a local charity based in Brentwood, Essex who currently support over 4,000 families across Essex who have a child or young person aged 0-25 who has any additional need or disability. No formal diagnosis or professional referral is necessary to access SNAP services.

SNAP’s aims are to inform, encourage and support parents so that they can grow in strength and knowledge and become better equipped to give the best possible help to their children.
