To "celebrate" the inexplicable (to me anyway) event of quite a large birthday happening this year, I`ve signed up for six half marathons in 2024, yep 6 for 60. A training plan is in place and while I don`t expect to set any speed records I do know from previous experience that I will enjoy participating in these events....well mostly!

I`ve set up this Just Giving page in order to raise money for Cancer Research UK, thinking about at least two members of my close family who had to live with cancer. And of course most, if not all of us, are in a similar position in knowing someone affected.
