Story
When artist and war correspondent George Butler visited Rona's school to share his powerful artwork and experiences documenting life in Syria- his stories, alongside Rona’s involvement in a school sketchbook project creating illustrated diaries to send to Syrian children, left a deep impression on her. She wanted to do something more, something that can hopefully make a difference. So, she chose to get on her bike and ride!
Rona has chosen a target of an incredible 200 km to support ActionSyria.org.uk, a charity working to provide education, support, and hope to Syrian communities whose lives have been torn apart by conflict.
She will start her 200km cycling journey on 23rd July.
Rona would be incredibly grateful for any support you can give. Every donation, big or small, helps her turn her energy into action that will bring vital support to those who need it most.

Thank you for your support!
