I’m riding with some close friends to raise £10,000 for Prostate Cancer UK. I’ve been fighting Advanced Prostate Cancer but I want my Son Owen and Grandson Harry to have even better treatment than I.

I’ve lost 2 friends Mike Digling & Gary Hughes through Cancer during my fight and I do this 100-mile in their honour and memory. Both of them fought bravely and with all they had, but it just wasn’t enough.

Between the 13th and 15th of September I and others will ride over 100-miles from Worcester RFC to Cwmavon RFC, stopping overnight at Hereford RFC & Brecon RFC. I’ve selected Friday the 13th as a starting date to signify ‘bad luck’ for Prostate Cancer - simply put, I need your help to make that wish come true.
