Story
In September, I’ll be taking on the Berlin Marathon and aiming to raise £2,500 for the MS Society.
Alongside Aleksey, I’ll be spending the next few months training, trying to stay injury-free, and preparing for 26.2 miles through the streets of Berlin. While we’ve played plenty of football together over the years, this will be our first marathon challenge as a team.
I’m raising money for the MS Society, a charity that supports people affected by multiple sclerosis and funds vital research into the condition. I’ve seen through family friends how MS can affect people’s lives, which makes it a cause I’m proud to support.
Any donation is hugely appreciated and will help me reach my fundraising target. If nothing else, you’ll be helping justify the early mornings, long runs, and questionable decision-making that led to signing up for a marathon.
Thanks for your support.
