Over the past 12 months a friend of mine has been in need of some assistance in safe living, and has been found to need long term assistance to be able to live independently. Thru the loving care of his family, a place was found at The Admiral Jellicoe House facility in Southsea, which is owned and run by The Royal Naval Benevolent Trust (RNBT). I was amazed and hugely relieved that such a facility actually exists, and am so grateful that I thought I might try to raise some funding towards this most excellent charity.

The RNBT provides many types of funding for Veterans in need, from short term grants to providing permanent living assistance for Royal Naval and Royal Marine NCOs and other Ranks, and is critical to the safety of our Veterans, who will find it distasteful to ask for help until it is too late.

Please donate to this very worthy cause if you can, if you are unable to then try to offer the hand of friendship and compassion to those people, veterans or not, who are in need of support are unable to request it.
