Story
HELLO on Sunday 17th May I'll be running my first ever half marathon, this year's Hackney Half. I'm running in support of the brilliant Terrence Higgins Trust and their tireless work to support people across the UK living with HIV.
THT is a brilliant charity that I've been delighted to run and fundraise for in the past, at 2022's Red Run - plus my mum's been volunteering with them for the last four years and has loved getting to know the fantastic team.
This half will be my longest run ever (!) and I'm hoping I can get it all wrapped up in a nice and neat 1h45... As I write this, a new pair of running trainers have just been delivered to me and I've got 60 days to use them to get me over the finish line in that time!
I would be super grateful if you were able to support the fantastic cause of THT with whatever you can donate to spur me on. I hope to see many familiar faces along the (mercifully very flat) route in May!
