Story
This year, I’m proud to be running the London Marathon to raise money for JOCA, a charity that holds a special place in my heart. JOCA was founded following the tragic loss of a dear friend, who took his own life at such a young age due to the overwhelming pressures he faced and feeling like he had no one to turn to.
I was fortunate to share the rugby pitch with him many times at Welwyn, where this incredible charity was born. JOCA’s mission is to ensure no one else has to suffer in silence, providing a safe space for people to speak openly about their struggles and feel truly heard.
By supporting JOCA, we can help create a future where no one feels alone in their darkest moments. Every step I take in this marathon is dedicated to spreading awareness and ensuring more lives are saved.
Thank you for your support—it means the world to me, to JOCA, and to everyone this charity reaches. Let’s make a difference together.
