This year, Kev and I are tackling the London Marathon for IOW Defibrillators—a charity close to our hearts. Founded by my grandad after a defibrillator saved his life, he now spends every day raising awareness and expanding the defib network across the Isle of Wight. Together in Awareness ❤️‍🩹

I work in the Cardiac Investigations Unit at St Mary’s Hospital, and seeing heart health up close every day makes this cause personal. A massive shout-out to my incredible cardiac investigations family!
