I believe that lasting personal and social change can only come about when we all work together to invest in our youth, our health and wellness, and our community.

Most people think of the YMCA as a gym, but it truly is a community. Townlake YMCA addresses the community’s greatest needs - from families searching for affordable child care, free childcare while parents workout, creating civic-minded youth through Youth and Government, to seniors playing pickleball, the Y touches every phase of life and nurtures happier, healthier people, a stronger community and a community focused on wellness and bettering our community.

Each year, the Y provides nearly $2.5M in financial assistance to make these programs accessible to everyone, regardless of someone's circumstances. This is why I am asking for your help.

Through our YMCA Annual Giving Campaign, more than 300 volunteers, staff, Y members, friends and family come together to help raise the critical funds necessary to ensure that the Y's life-changing programs continue to be available to ALL.

As many of you know, I am a strong advocate for the YMCA - from youth sports, youth civic engagement, family wellness, and my deep appreciation and gratitude for all the wonderful community members it serves. I am grateful for all the opportunities the YMCA has given to me personally, the ability to feel strong, teach zumba, coach volleyball and now, my daughter Ava coaching volleyball and helping with youth sports leagues.
