I'm taking part in The 137 Challenge with ActionAid and completing 13,700 daily steps for one month

Why? One in three women will experience some form of violence in their lifetime, and globally 137 women are killed per day by a partner, family member or friend. But around the world, ActionAid are working with woman and girls who are fighting to claim their rights and change the systems and beliefs that make violence acceptable.
