Story
This June and July, Rosebuds Huddersfield is partnering with CADFA to welcome a group of Palestinian women for a special visit focused on empowerment, connection, and cultural exchange.
The visit will create opportunities for women to share their stories, traditions, and creativity, helping to build understanding through culture and conversation. It offers a welcoming space for people who may be new to Palestine to learn through personal experience and human connection, beyond what they might see in the media.
Rosebuds Huddersfield is a community-focused group dedicated to supporting women and families, providing spaces for creativity, learning, and connection. Through projects, workshops, and local initiatives, Rosebuds fosters inclusion, wellbeing, and opportunities for women to grow and share their talents.
CADFA is a registered charity that promotes human rights and dignity. Through initiatives like this visit, we aim to encourage empathy, learning, and mutual respect across communities.
Your donation — or your decision to fundraise — will help cover essential costs for the women’s visit and ensure these meaningful exchanges can take place. By supporting this campaign, you are helping to amplify women’s voices, foster cross-cultural understanding, and support work rooted in equality and respect.
Every contribution, big or small, helps make this visit possible. Thank you for your support
