Rosehill 100 - raising funds for CHAS

Rosehill 100 miler · 2 May 2025
Stevie and Richard believe in the power of small acts of care and support to make a big difference in the lives of young people. That’s why they are raising funds for Children's Hospices Across Scotland (CHAS), an organization that provides vital care and support to families of babies, children, and young people with life-shortening conditions. CHAS ensures that, no matter how short their time may be, it is filled with joy, love, and meaningful memories.
To help this cause, Stevie and Richard have set themselves a tough challenge: running 100 miles in under 24 hours. With support from Rosehill staff, family, and friends, they are determined to push themselves for a great cause.
Their route begins at Rosehill High School in Wallyford, passing through the scenic paths of the Innocent Railway, along the Union Canal, across the Pentland Hills, and into Roslin. From there, they’ll continue through Dalkeith, Haddington, East Linton, and North Berwick, before completing their journey with a coastal run back to Rosehill High School—all within 24 hours.
Throughout this journey, Phil will be riding alongside them, providing support and motivation, and they will be joined by many friends and family members along the way. Every mile they run is dedicated to bringing comfort, care, and happiness to children and families who need it most.
