Raising money for Survive
For Roses 2023, we are Shining a Light on Sexual Violence in Sport, and are fundraising for Survive. Survive is a York-based charity that supports survivors of sexual trauma and provides them with the support they need to rebuild their lives.

Story

Roses Charity Champions were recruited as student volunteers to fundraise and raise awareness for the 2023 Roses Charity Partner: Survive.

Charity Champions sold sweets, pin badges, tote bags and collected donations all in aid of Survive.

The University of York Students' Union is the primary representative body for Students at the University of York, runs all the sports, societies, RAG (Raising and Giving) and volunteering projects to enhance the Student Experience. We endeavor to support as many charitable projects as possible.
