Me and my mum have decided to take part in the Aberdovey bike ride to raise money for a good cause, it will be a challenge due to the lack of training!! Having seen the incredible care and support hospice staff provided to my nan and our family, we would be grateful for any donations to help them continue their amazing work.

This year Team WLTSC will be taking part in the Wolverhampton to Aberdovey bike ride in aid of Compton Care - a cause close to our hearts!

This 104 mile ride is not an easy challenge, and the team of is made up of some experienced riders but also some that are taking on the challenge for the first time. Through team work, grit and determination everyone will get across that finish line.

Compton Care is a palliative care hospice based in Wolverhampton. Compton specialises in palliative and bereavement support for patients and their families across, Wolverhampton, parts of the black country, South Staffordshire and east Shropshire. All care offered is free of charge.

It costs over £16m to deliver Compton's Services each year, the majority of which is raised by the generosity of the local community.
