Hi everyone!

At the start of September, me and my dodgy knees will be taking on the South Coast challenge, walking 25km to raise money for my incredible work- The Hummingbird Refugee Project.

I feel truly lucky to work alongside such wonderful young people, and the money we raise will go towards helping even more young people in Sussex from refugee backgrounds. If you can spare anything, please consider donating and/ or sharing with your loved ones and networks to stand in solidarity with refugees within our community. The money from this fundraiser will be going towards starting a young women’s group at Hummingbird, so please dig deep if you are able. Now more than ever, people from refugee and asylum seeking backgrounds deserve to know they have a large community standing with them.
