Story
For my last year as PetSavers Chair, I'm taking on a beautiful challenge: a 13 miles walk through the Cotswolds, including sections of the Cotswold Way and the stunning Haresfield Beacon to raise vital funds for clinical research projects into pet diseases, that aim to help pets across the UK.
In 2025 PetSavers funded research included projects looking into cardiac causes of neonatal puppy deaths; finding a minimally invasive quick way to diagnose canine prostate cancer; resistance to antifungal drugs in a yeast infection involved with ear and skin disease in dogs and a potential target for treating a common cat liver cancer. We funded other useful projects too. PetSavers is one of the few funders focused on clinical research of pet animal diseases, please help me support them.
Thank you for helping create a healthier future for pets everywhere.
