In January 2025, I will be taking part in the Manchester Hyrox event with Louise. We’re participating to help raise money to support Macmillan Cancer Support. I (as I’m sure many of you reading this) have seen friends and family go through terrible suffering and pain because of cancer and I feel proud to try and help raise money in support of every single person going through these difficult times. Hyrox is a tough event consisting of 1km run in-between every station (including rowing, walking lunges, wall balls, sled pushing/pulling and more. So we will DEFINITELY be working for your kind donation. 🙌🏻
