As many of you know I’m really not a strong runner. I have decided to take part in GEAR 10k on the 4th of May to raise as much money for the Arthur rank hospice charity.

This charity is one very close to all our hearts. Our nephew Kieran passed away 2 years ago and without The Arthur Rank Charity, Kieran would never of had the end of life care to give him, and us a peaceful goodbye.
