Story
I'm Cycling to Amsterdam. Yes, Really.
On 2nd September, I'll be cycling 296km from London to Amsterdam to raise money for GroceryAid, a fantastic charity that provides emotional, practical and financial support to people across our industry when they need it most.
Now, I'd argue that the sentence "I'm cycling to Amsterdam" should be enough on its own to make you reach for your wallet.
But in the unlikely event that you're not immediately moved by the image of me voluntarily spending countless hours perched on a bicycle saddle, I'd like to draw your attention to one important fact:
There is simply not enough padding in the world to make this a comfortable experience for my peach.
Despite extensive research (and by research, I mean desperately googling cushioned cycling shorts), the reality remains that my backside is about to embark on a journey every bit as challenging as the rest of me.
So please donate what you can to support the incredible work GroceryAid does. And if you're feeling particularly generous, maybe add a little extra as a goodwill gesture towards the ordeal my peach is about to endure.
Every donation is hugely appreciated, and every pound raised will go towards helping people who genuinely need support.
Thank you for your generosity.
Peach out. 🍑🚴♀️
