Rosie's Mount Kilimanjaro Climb for the Ollie Foundation

Rosie Lees is raising money for The OLLIE Foundation

Mount Kilimanjaro · 28 September 2025

The OLLIE Foundation a charity devoted to preventing youth suicide. Set up by three parents who lost their sons to suicide, they vowed to do something to stop it happening to others. The funds you help us raise enable us to train members of local communities in suicide prevention and intervention.

Story

In 2016, three parents who had all lost their teenage sons to suicide, they vowed to do all they could to prevent other families suffering similar tragedies.

The OLLIE Foundation (One Life Lost is Enough) is a registered charity funding suicide intervention skills training.

This fundraising helps them train even more people, break down the stigma attached to suicide, and increase awareness!

Myself and 4 others that I have met through business networking here in Hertfordshire have made the big decision to climb Kili to raise more awareness for OLLIE.

I have personally very much battled with poor mental health over the last 11/12 years of my life.

At the start of 2024 I decided to change almost everything in my life to start making a difference to my mental health. If you don't change things, how can I expect my mind to change right?

Please do follow along on my instagram @peakingwithro - this will show you the full story or why I am doing what we are doing and how I am training to make sure I get to the top! (along with my brave friends)

Thanks so much for your support
