Story
I'm thrilled to be joining a fantastic group of 30 enthusiastic cyclists for PedElle – a three-day endurance charity ride in support of Club Peloton and its charitable partner Coram, the UK’s oldest children’s charity. A huge thank-you to Knight Frank from Becky Reeves and me for the opportunity to take part in this incredible event! (https://www.coram.org.uk/)
On June 26th, we'll be riding from Cork to Dublin... a distance of 553km ...over 3 days...should be great craic!
Day 1: Kenmare to Spanish Point (170km)
Day 2: Spanish Point to Thurles (201km)
Day 3: Thurles to Dublin (182km)
I have never cycled more than 75km but I have run two marathons and used to row competitively. I love taking on a new challenge and it's safe to say this will be the most difficult thing I've ever embarked on. I'm grateful for this opportunity to test my limits and hopefully be able to somewhat enjoy the beautiful scenery around me too.
We're doing this to raise funds for Coram and we'd be incredibly grateful for your support. By donating to PedElle, you’ll help Coram give young people the tools, guidance, and support they need to build a brighter future.
They champion children’s rights and wellbeing through legal support, advocacy, adoption services, and therapeutic and educational programmes helping those in and leaving care to thrive.
Thank you,
Rosie
