I'm taking on the Royal Parks Half Marathon on Sunday 13th October to support Stonewall.

Less than half (44%) of lesbian, gay, bi, trans, and queer people feel safe holding their partner’s hand in public. Additionally, only 1 in 8 anti-LGBTQ+ hate incidents are reported. Shockingly, some conversion practices still remain legal in the UK.

Stonewall is dedicated to driving positive change in public attitudes and public policy. They imagine a world where all lesbian, gay, bi, trans, queer, questioning and ace (LGBTQ+) people are free to be themselves.

Over the last 30 years and more, Stonewall has helped create transformative change in the lives of LGBTQ+ people in the UK. Today, we have equal rights to love, marry and have children, and our lives, families and relationships are represented as part of the national curriculum in most of the UK.  

Donating to my page helps Stonewall continue to make positive change for all. A change that helps continue to make the world a better place for LGBTQ+ people, and goes the extra mile to creating lasting change.
