I'm Rosie and I'm lucky enough to work for InCommon delivering our wonderful Connect programmes across London.

We are a small but mighty team who all share a deep care for intergenerational connection and absolutely love seeing the positive impact our programmes have on everyone involved - so every bit of fundraising counts! That's why I'm taking the plunge and going to run my first ever Half Marathon this May. Just a few years ago I completed couch to 5K and now am training as hard as I can to be ready to take on the Hackney Half!

I'll be thinking of all the wonderful older volunteers and children I'm fortunate to have met through InCommon to get me through the miles.
