HCPT is a brilliant charity, who take children and young people with various disabilities to Lourdes, France each year.

This week is life-changing! I had the joy going to Lourdes for the first time Easter 2023, and I look forward to going again in 2024. Over this week, the children who came had so much fun (me too!) and grew in confidence. Importantly, and close to my heart, HCPT enables children to participate in worship that is accessible to them.

This Easter pilgrimage is huge! Over 1000 children go to Lourdes each year with HCPT. The charity is broken down into regions, and within regions, groups. I am raising money for group 51, which is the group I have and will be travelling with. Those volunteering as helpers, pay their own way. The places for the children are all paid by the group, through raising money throughout the year. Therefore, all donations generously made to this JustGiving page will go directly to paying fares for children and young people who are a part of group 51.
