17th May, my Dad’s birthday, I’ll be walking 100k along the Jurassic Coast taking in some of his favourite landmarks. He loved the Dorset coastline and I’ll certainly need some of the character and strength he gave me to push through in the early hours of the morning ! I know he will be with me every step. Let’s beat Alzheimer’s together 👊🏻
